For a richer flavor, brown the butter before melting it. Be careful not to burn it! If you don't have fresh dill, dried dill can be substituted. Use about 1 teaspoon. Feel free to add other fresh herbs such as parsley or thyme to the stuffing. To check for doneness, gently insert a fork into the thickest part of the fish. If it flakes easily, it's ready.
